Remembering teenage life in old Mukilteo

What was it like to grow up in Mukilteo decades ago? Community members will have a chance to find out — and share their own memories — at the Mukilteo Historical Society's next meeting.

The program, titled "Remember When…Teenagers in Old Mukilteo," begins at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, at Rosehill Community Center.

Longtime residents Gunnar Almgren, Neil Anderson and others will reminisce about their teenage years in Mukilteo and answer questions from the audience. Organizers also encourage anyone who grew up in Mukilteo to attend and share their own stories.

The meeting is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
